For Parents & Guardians

You care about how your child learns.
So do we.

SmartKidsEnglish was built with parents in the room — not as an afterthought. Here's everything you need to know before your child takes their first lesson.

Built for parents who want to stay involved

The parent dashboard gives you full visibility — without turning you into a homework enforcer.

📈

Weekly Progress Reports

Every Sunday, a clear summary lands in your inbox: words learned, skills improved, time spent, and what to expect next week.

🎯

Goal Setting Together

Set weekly learning goals with your child — 3 lessons, 30 new words, one new badge. Shared goals build accountability and make learning a family activity.

⏱️

Screen Time Controls

Set daily session limits, schedule learning windows (e.g. 4–5 PM only), and receive alerts when your child exceeds their limit.

💬

Direct Teacher Messaging

Message your child's assigned teacher directly. Ask about progress, request extra practice on specific topics, or share context about your child's learning style.

🌍

Multi-Language Interface

The parent dashboard is available in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic — so you can support your child even if English isn't your first language.

🏆

Celebration Moments

When your child earns a major badge or completes a world, you get a notification with a shareable achievement card. Because milestones deserve to be celebrated.

Real Questions from Real Parents

The questions you're already thinking

SmartKidsEnglish sessions are capped at 20 minutes by default — the sweet spot recommended by pediatric learning researchers. Unlike passive video watching, every minute is interactive: your child is speaking, choosing, and problem-solving. That's active screen time, not passive consumption.

Our curriculum is mapped to CEFR levels (A1–C2) and complements any school syllabus. Teachers can sync lesson topics with classroom content. Many of our families report that kids start volunteering answers in class after just 4 weeks.

Your parent dashboard shows weekly vocabulary growth, skill radar charts (listening, speaking, reading, writing), and milestone badges. You get a plain-language summary every Sunday — no jargon, just "Maya learned 18 new words this week and is ready for A2 level."

Our adaptive engine detects frustration signals (repeated wrong answers, long pauses, session abandonment) and automatically lowers difficulty. A friendly character named Finn the Fox steps in with encouragement and a simpler version of the task. No child leaves a session feeling defeated.

We collect only what's needed for learning: progress data, session duration, and lesson performance. We never sell data to third parties, never show ads, and are fully COPPA and GDPR-Kids compliant. Your child's profile is private by default.

What parents are saying

Unedited feedback from families who've been with us for 3+ months.

"My 7-year-old asks to do his English lesson before dinner now. I never thought I'd say this, but I actually have to tell him to stop. His teacher at school noticed the improvement within a month."

👩‍👦
Sarah M.
Mother of two, London

"We're an Arabic-speaking family and I was worried about the language barrier in the parent dashboard. The Arabic interface is excellent — I can follow every detail of my daughter's progress."

👨‍👧
Ahmed K.
Father, Dubai

"The weekly report is the best feature for me. It's honest — it tells me when my son is struggling, not just when he's doing well. That transparency is rare."
